By accessing or using Clipza AI, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Paid plans provide recurring subscription benefits according to the plan details displayed at purchase. Credits, entitlements, feature access, and limits depend on your active plan and region.

Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may only be used inside Clipza AI according to current product rules and platform availability.

You are responsible for the prompts, uploads, generated outputs, and any content you create, store, or distribute using Clipza AI.

You must ensure your use of the platform and any outputs complies with applicable laws, platform rules, brand obligations, and the rights of third parties.

You may not use Clipza AI to create, store, or distribute unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content, or to attempt to bypass platform safeguards, rate limits, or plan restrictions.

We may investigate misuse, remove access to affected features, or suspend accounts where usage creates security, legal, provider, or platform integrity risks.

We may modify, suspend, rate-limit, or discontinue features at any time, including where necessary for security, maintenance, infrastructure limits, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your usage violates these terms, creates risk for the platform, or harms other users or providers.

Clipza AI, including its branding, platform design, software, workflows, and service structure, remains the property of its owners and may not be copied, resold, or republished except as allowed by applicable law or written permission.

Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the platform itself to you; your rights are limited to using the service in accordance with your current plan and these terms.

Clipza AI is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees that outputs will always be accurate, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Clipza AI and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service.
