Clipza AI is the controller of the personal information processed through this service, unless a different role is clearly stated for a specific workflow or provider integration.

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, profile image, billing details, support messages, prompts, uploaded assets, and other content you submit while using Clipza AI.

When you sign up, we may receive and store basic account information made available by your authentication provider, including your name, email address, and profile picture.

We also collect technical and usage information such as device data, browser details, IP-based region signals, logs, and interactions with platform features so we can operate, secure, and improve the service.

We use your information to provide the service, process billing, manage credits and subscriptions, respond to support requests, maintain security, and improve product performance and user experience.

We may also use service data to investigate abuse, debug failures, enforce plan entitlements, and maintain reliable operation across our platform.

Where required, we may also use account, billing, support, and technical records to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and maintain internal audit trails.

Where third-party services are used, data handling may also be subject to those providers' operational and legal requirements, in addition to our own policies.

You may review or update certain account details through your account or by contacting us through the platform support flow. You may also stop using the service at any time.

Clipza AI uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, session continuity, security, theme preference, product behavior, and limited usage measurement.

Public marketing pages currently use Vercel Analytics. In the current implementation, that analytics mount is used on public routes and excluded from dashboard, admin, and API paths.

The product also uses local storage for interface preferences and lightweight client-side state such as theme choice, pricing cache, and certain dashboard preferences.
